All applications have to be completed on your android device . You can begin your application by downloading the QuickCheck app from the Google Playstore.
After downloading the app, sign in with your facebook email address and password and fill in all the required information.
You can then use the slider on the app to determine how much you would like to borrow, the purpose of borrowing and the loan tenor. Submit your application and we will immediately let you know if your application is successful or not.
As a first time user, you can borrow up to 10,000 Naira at the maximum for a period of 30 days and if you pay your loan as at when due, the possibility of you getting a higher amount increases. The more you repay your loans successfully, the higher the amount we can lend to you.
No. You can access our services from anywhere in Nigeria as long as you have mobile data on your android device.
The Quickcheck app is currently only available on devices running on the android operating system. However, in a bid to serve you better, the app will soon be available on other devices running on other operating systems.
Your bank account and account details are required because it is important for us to get you credited as soon as your application is approved and it is where the funds get disbursed to once your loan application is approved.
Your BVN is needed for verification purpose. Before we disburse loans, we will need to verify that the person applying for a loan is the true owner of the bank details sent to us. It is also a security measure put in place so that another individual will not use your details to apply for loan without your authorization.

If you are a first time applicant, your debit/ATM card needs to be setup in order for you to receive funds from us. Please go to the card section in the app and add a card (click on the ‘+’ icon) to be used for repayment. For your convenience, on your expected date of repayment, the amount due will be automatically deducted from your account.
Please note: you need to have at least ₦100 in the account linked to the card for setup to be successful. Card setup is only required once provided your card is valid.
You will typically receive funds from us within 24 hours of approval. You may need to notify us if the time frame is exceeded and you did not receive the money. You are also advised to check your account balance directly as you may not receive a credit alert.

Once you send your application, we will automatically send you an email to let you know that we have received it. However, if you do not receive any notification, You can go to the Home screen and click on the check loan status button to view your loan status.

To view any information concerning your loan, please log in to your Quickcheck account and click on the tab where ongoing loan is being displayed.
To get a QuickCheck loan, you do not need to submit any document. We will only need you to provide accurate answers to the questions we are going to ask you while filling in your details.
Quickcheck asks for your card details, so as to make it easy to receive your repayment as at when due. We understand that it is highly sensitive information and we have put all measures in place to make our platform safe and secure. Your details are being stored in an encrypted format and no one can have access to them unless they are granted access.
In order to make the repayment of your QuickCheck loan very easy, your loan repayment will be easily deducted from the card linked to the bank account you filled while adding your card on the platform.

To make loan repayment easier and flexible, you can make weekly payments. All you need to do is to toggle the ‘instalment or one-off payment’ button while applying for a new loan and it will automatically calculate and show you the amount you are to pay each week.
You can repay all or some of your loan before the due date and at any time and you could save interest - as you only pay interest for the days you borrow. There's no fee for repaying early.
You are advised to take a QuickCheck loan only if you are certain of making a repayment on or before the date you chose to make the repayment. Late repayments also attract extra charges which means you are liable to pay more than the expected amount if you don't pay as at when due. Defaulters will also be reported to the National Credit Bureaus and this will deter your chances of accessing loans from us or any other financial institution.
If you sign in to your account and your payment status reads ‘paid’. It means your repayment has been received and updated accordingly. You can reapply for another loan once your payment has been updated.
To ensure your account is updated immediately, ensure you make your payment via the QuickCheck App.
However, if you use any other means of repayment, your payment update may be slightly delayed. If you make a repayment through cash or mobile transfer, please include your email address and full name in the transaction description so as to make the reconciliation of your account easier and faster.

Please note: If you made payment via other means other than the option on the app, please click on the Verify button within the app and input your payment details. Also, if you make your repayment through cash deposit or transfer, it will take 1-2 business days for the payment update to reflect on your app.
Yes. You can make a repayment with a different account number and name. All you need to do is to notify and send us the details of the account you used in making the repayment immediately after the transaction.

Please note that we diligently protect the private details of our customers and we do not allow two different individuals to sign in to their QuickCheck accounts on a single device. Your account will be suspended if you attempt to sign in on another device different from yours. Your account can also be suspended if you take a loan and do not pay back as at when due.
