Log on to internet banking with your User ID and Password 

  • Click “My Accounts” 

  • Click “Send Statement to Third Party “ 

  • Click “New Request” 

  • Select “Account Name” 

  • Select “Destination” QuickCheck

  • Select “Role” Applicant

  • Select “Start” & “End” dates 

  • Enter your full name in the Applicant(s) field. 

  • Select “Statement Account” and “Account to Debit” 

  • Confirm details captured are accurate and completed

  • ​Enter “Answer to your secret question” 

  • Enter “Token code

  • Click the “Submit” button to send the generated  statement to your preferred Third Party.

Common Reasons why you may not have received the Ticket ID & Password SMS from myBankStatement

Once you submit your bank details  with myBankStatement, you should receive an SMS within 5 minutes with a ticket ID and password that you will use to confirm your statement submission on the QuickCheck App.

If you do not receive this SMS, it could be for one or more of the following reasons;

  1. The Phone number you provided is not associated with your bank account; ensure you provide the phone number that you receive SMS alerts on for your bank account

  2. You submitted the wrong phone or account number; double check to make sure the numbers are correct and complete

If all the above checks out and you still have not received an SMS from your bank with the ticket ID and password for myBankStatement, kindly contact our support team – support@quickcheck.ng
